No Cancellation Allowed

Once your GAMCA medical appointment is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. All appointments are final and non-refundable.

Why Appointments Can’t Be Canceled

Booking through GAMCA Appointment Helper is instant and integrated with the GAMCA system. Once confirmed:

Immediate Slot Reservation: Your appointment is secured in the GAMCA system instantly after payment.
Unique Wafid Token Issued: Your personal token is generated and cannot be reassigned.
Medical Center Confirmation: GAMCA centers receive your booking immediately, reserving your slot exclusively.
Processing Costs Applied: Payment gateway and administrative fees are processed immediately.

Can’t Attend? Here’s What You Can Do

1. Reschedule (If Available)

Contact us on WhatsApp: +92 300 000000. We may reschedule your appointment depending on GAMCA availability. Additional rescheduling fees may apply.

2. Use Your Token Within Validity

Your Wafid token is valid for 30–90 days depending on your country. You can attend your medical examination anytime within this period.

3. Transfer to Another Person – Not Allowed

Each appointment is linked to your passport and personal details. Bookings cannot be transferred to someone else.

All bookings are non-refundable. The PKR 4,000 booking fee secures your slot immediately and is processed as soon as your appointment is confirmed.

Before You Book – Verify These Details

Passport Accuracy: Check passport number, issue, and expiry dates.
Personal Info: Ensure name, date of birth, and nationality match your passport.
Destination Country: Confirm the GCC country you’re traveling to (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
Contact Details: Provide a valid email and WhatsApp number for your token slip.
Travel Readiness: Make sure you are prepared to attend the medical examination.
