Once your (GAMCA) medical appointment is confirmed through the GAMCA system, it cannot be cancelled as the booking is processed directly in the GAMCA.

Can’t Attend? Here’s What You Can Do

1. Reschedule (If Available)

2. Use Your Token Within Validity

Your GAMCA token is valid for 30–90 days depending on your country. You can attend your medical examination anytime within this period.

3. Transfer to Another Person – Not Allowed

Each appointment is linked to your passport and personal details. Bookings cannot be transferred to someone else.

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable once the appointment has been processed and generated through the GAMCA.
